Digital Birmingham Consultation

On the 5 and December 2006 18 young people from Maypole were involved in carrying out a consultation with Digital Birmingham about the future. Young people were quizzed on their views of technology, the barriers to their use and the advantages and joys of access to new technology. This will help Birmingham in it's bid to win a competition to develop Digital Birmingham. Following the consultation the young people worked with 20cVOX to produce two live internet broadcasts interviewing important people from Digital Birmingham. Not only were Maypole Young People presenters but they staffed the enquiry lines, operated the cameras, mics and mixers.
